Rapidly growing extraSlice has brought on real estate management expert Rea Rivera to lead their overall operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and scalability of the organization.
Rea brings over a decade of operations and management experience in the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry. She worked for public and private multi-billion dollar companies such as Essex Property Trust and Equity Residential building infrastructure in the growing Silicon Valley and Pacific Northwest markets. Before joining extraSlice, Rea played key parts in the acquisitions, developments, redevelopments, stabilizations, and management of services within residential and commercial spaces. She led the largest San Francisco development for Essex Property Trust and worked closely with customers including Amazon, KeyBank, Bartell Drugs, CorePower Yoga, etc. in her career. Rea’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
