This position is designed for someone who has a robust foundation in operations management and ideally possesses a real estate broker license or substantial knowledge of the real estate industry. The role involves a blend of general operations and real estate-specific operational tasks, emphasizing property management and real estate transactions, excluding direct purchasing and selling of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Real Estate Operations Management:
      • Oversee operational aspects related to real estate, such as leasing and property management.
      • Apply real estate knowledge to enhance operational efficiency in managing property-related projects.
    2. Advanced Process Coordination:
      • Lead and optimize operational processes, particularly those involving real estate assets.
      • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all real estate operations.
    3. Asset Management:
      • Coordinate the management of real estate assets, focusing on maximizing the value and use of properties.
      • Monitor market trends to inform property management strategies.
    4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Analyze operational and real estate market data to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
      • Prepare reports combining operational performance insights with real estate market analysis.
    5. Stakeholder Engagement and Negotiation:
      • Liaise with real estate agents, tenants, and property management companies.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, real estate, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of operations experience, preferably with a background in real estate.
    • Real estate broker license is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective leadership skills and team management experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Marketing Manager 

We are looking for a highly creative & innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate must have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer discovery and adoption of new products, as well as be a passionate advocate for customers, their on-site experience, and their ongoing interaction with extraSlice. The role will also require knowledge of a wide range of marketing disciplines including direct response, email marketing, social media ad platforms, non-traditional marketing, content management and paid search. This person will dive deep into marketing analytics to make optimization recommendations, and think big about scalable & repeatable community outreach programs.

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including, but not limited to email, and social media ad campaigns

Plan and manage our social media platforms, while creating and raising brand value

Design strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, including paid search, SEO and PPC

Track conversion rates, optimize campaigns, and prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance

Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website based on campaign reports

Develop and monitor budget for all digital marketing campaigns

Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and latest trends affecting industry

Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and partnership opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, communication or product management field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing

Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics.

Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, search marketing, banner ads, social, and email.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent cross-group collaboration skills

Ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Proven success scaling out an Enterprise Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM reporting and dashboards, and highly focused on numbers and process.
