Pathways to funding your startup
August 8 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

When you are trying to grow your startup, you may need to seek outside funding. While 92+% of Angel Investments are made through an exemption called REG D 506(b), there are other exemptions which make it possible to sell either equity or debt for your startup. This event will explore alternative ways to raise capital from Revenue Redemption to Crowdfunding. Luni Libes from Fledge.co will be on hand to breakdown the 40+ investments he has made with the Revenue Redemption model.

Startups: Getting ready to take investment
August 15 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

When you start the journey to taking outside investment, your startup will need to gather materials for that conversation. You will need more than a pitch deck to secure an investment. Ready to Get Started?

Attending networking events and workshops is a great way to network with other professionals and learn valuable skills. However, the best way to jumpstart your company and accelerate your growth is in a shared office space. In the right tech ecosystem, you’ll have an easier time hiring top talent, expanding your network, and even securing the next round of funding.
